Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Kitchen Fitter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in assembling and installing kitchen components to a high standard of quality and craftsmanship.
Responsibilities:
- Assemble and Install:
- Install kitchen components, including cabinets, countertops, sinks, faucets, appliances, and other fixtures based on blueprints and client preferences.
- Carpentry and Joinery:
- Cut, shape, and modify materials like wood and laminate to create custom-fit cabinets, shelving, and kitchen elements.
- Appliance Installation:
- Install and connect appliances such as stoves, ovens, microwaves, dishwashers, and refrigerators to electrical, plumbing, and gas systems.
- Quality Assurance:
- Ensure all installations meet high standards of functionality and aesthetics.
- Safety Compliance:
- Follow safety guidelines and regulations, ensuring the proper use of tools, equipment, and personal protective equipment (PPE).
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Kitchen Fitter or similar role.
- Expertise in carpentry, joinery, and kitchen appliance installation.
- Ability to interpret blueprints and designs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Knowledge of safety standards and regulations.
